Adult Morning Swim Program

We’re glad to be able to continue our Adult Morning Swim Program this year!   This program is designed for swimmers who are comfortable swimming 100 meters (4 laps) without stopping and can swim at least 1000 meters (40 laps) within an hour.  Please note this program is dedicated to lap swimming only, and does not include open swimming, water aerobics or lounging.

Join us for swim workouts that will last about one hour, held 2-3 days a week, starting at 6:30am, starting the week of June 22.  Our anticipated schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, though the exact days may vary based on weather conditions and the organizer’s availability.
